The Burketown Fishing Competition, a great success!

The Burketown Fishing Competition, held over the Easter Weekend, was a great success.

362 nominations in Juniors and Seniors (Men’s and Women’s) entered, and we all had a lot of fun. Winner of the Open Barramundi class was Ian Todhunter from Dubbo with a 12.3kg, 960mm fish. Nice one Ian! Other winners were in the Bream, Fingermark, Salmon, Grunter, Jew, Queenfish and of course the Boys’ and Girls’ Catfish categories. See you next Easter in Burketown!
